Is What You Believe The Truth? Are You Sure?

November 9

"The coming of the Lawless One (the Antichrist)
is according to the working of Satan,
with all power, signs, and lying wonders,
and with all unrighteous DECEPTION
among those who perish, BECAUSE
they did not receive the love of the truth,

that they might be saved."
2 Thessalonians 2:9-10

The Antichrist is not going to appear as an evil person. Who he is will not be obvious because he comes in peacefully and he will be accepted and even loved by all who did not love one thing --- "the truth." BECAUSE they did not love the truth, God will give them over to a "STRONG DELUSION" and they will believe the lie.

Vs 11-12:

"And for this reason God will send them
strong delusion,

THAT THEY SHOULD BELIEVE THE LIE,
that they all may be condemned
who did not believe the truth
but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

Truth might not be what one thinks it is. Obviously those who are deceived aren't aware that they're deceived.

I found that out personally on the day that the Lord showed me that what I learned as a child was -- a lie. It was one of the most traumatic days of my life. I was left in shock. But though I staggered under it, I asked to know the truth - and when God revealed the truth to me it changed my whole life.

Each person must question whether what he believes is the truth. In many cases, one may find that it isn't, and then he'll have some very hard choices to make.

Question:
If the truth is not what you were raised to believe, would you want to remain with the traditions of your forefathers, or would you want to know the truth?

How you answer that will determine your eternity.

“Surely our fathers have inherited lies,

worthlessness and unprofitable things.”
Jeremiah 16:19
