Why We Can't Compromise On Halloween

October 28

Professing to be a Christian means coming OUT from the traditions of the world.

“COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM
AND BE SEPARATE, says the Lord.
Do not touch what is unclean,
and I will receive you.”
2 Corinthians 6:17

On Halloween Satanists worldwide will conduct services to Satan with human and animal sacrifices.

Believers need to take a stand against this day and not try to “Christianize” it by going to parties. Going to parties is compromise. It’s acknowledging the day. We need to teach our children to “COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM AND BE SEPARATE.”

To follow Jesus Christ is to take a stand against evil. Our children need to be taught that to be a follower of Christ is to be SEPARATE from the world, and that they need to be taught to count the cost.

When the apostles of Jesus Christ preached the Gospel, the people were required to part from their occult practices. See how seriously it was taken:

“Also, many of those who had practiced magic
brought their books together
and BURNED THEM in the sight of all.

And they counted up the value of them,
and it totaled fifty thousand pieces of silver.
So the word of the Lord grew mightily and prevailed.”
Acts 19:19-20

They burned their occult materials without regard to the cost, and this passage states that the cost was great. That’s how seriously they took it.

“When you come into the land
which the Lord your God is giving you,
you shall NOT learn to follow
the abominations of those nations.”

Deuteronomy 18:9

How can one claim to be a follower of Jesus Christ while not despising, as God does, the abominations of those around us?

You cannot be a Christian and celebrate the feast day of the kingdom of darkness.

To celebrate Halloween would be like asking a Jew to celebrate Hitler’s birthday.
