The Deception of Dominion Theology

"He (the Antichrist) shall speak pompous words
against the Most High,
shall persecute the saints of the Most High,
and shall intend to change times and law.
THEN THE SAINTS SHALL BE GIVEN INTO HIS HAND
for a time and times and half a time."
Daniel 7:25

Dominionism teaches that we (believers) are to subdue the world and bring in the kingdom, and THEN the Lord will be able to come. That's false doctrine. The only one able to subdue the world is the Lord HIMSELF, and he will accomplish that when he comes to this earth, AFTER the reign of the Antichrist. During the reign of the Antichrist the Tribulation saints will be not be cleaning up the evils on the earth, no, they will be persecuted and martyred.

A necessary clarification: "saints" are NOT those canonized by the Catholic Church. The Bible defines saints as all those who have been born again through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The saints won’t be giving the cleansed kingdom to Christ, no, HE will give the kingdom to us when he comes!

vs 26-27:
"But the court shall be seated,
and they shall take away his (the Antichrist's) dominion,
to consume and destroy it forever."
THEN the kingdom and dominion,
and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven,
shall be given to the people, the saints of the Most High.
His kingdom (Christ's) is an everlasting kingdom,
and all dominions shall serve and obey Him."

When the Lord Jesus Christ comes, he will defeat the Antichrist, and he will establish his Kingdom upon the earth. THEN the dominion of the world is taken from the evil one and given to the saints of the Most High.
