In Him All Things Consist

"In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God."
John 1:1

The Gospel of John begins the very same way that the first book in the Bible begins:
"In the beginning..."

The FIRST thing God wants us to know is that he is the Creator. Note how he stresses that. Men are trying to explain the creation with the false teaching called evolution. The facility at CERN is all about the "Higgs boson," which they are saying is the "God particle." But it isn't. The Lord didn't create a particle and then develop it into all we see today. No, God SPOKE the creation into being. There is no particle because creation didn't begin with a particle, it began with a WORD.

God said "let there be..." And it was.
Genesis 1:1

The Scripture goes on to say that it was Jesus who created, and sustains all.

"For by him all things were CREATED
that are in heaven and that are on earth,
visible and invisible, whether thrones
or dominions or principalities or powers.
All things were CREATED through him and for him."
Colossians 1:16

Furthermore, not only did he create all, but he is holding it all together.

vs 17:
"And he is before all things, and IN HIM ALL THINGS CONSIST."
